The Sneakerbox, LLC does not guarantee the availability of items listed on our website (thesneakerbox.com). The Sneakerbox, LLC makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of items available on our website; however, certain products may sell out. On the rare occasion we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and let you know if the item is backordered or if a refund is required. Placing an order does not establish a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, failure to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary.

All content of this site, including, but not limited to information content, are the copyrighted material of The Sneakerbox, LLC and may not be reproduced in any manner without the expressed written consent of The Sneakerbox, LLC.

All items are nonrefundable, i.e. unable to be returned, exchanged, or cancelled for any reason other than the receipt of a damaged/defective item.

We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once it has been delivered according to the carrier. Make sure you have a secure mail drop off location or arrange something with your carriers. That is the buyers' responsibility.

If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee, and a 30% restocking fee. This includes if you refuse the delivery or it cannot be delivered by the carrier. 

Again, any order returned that is deemed ineligible based on these terms and conditions will be subject to a 30% restocking fee

In the event that The Sneakerbox, LLC fulfills a customer's order in error, such as wrong size, colorway, or product, The Sneakerbox, LLC will facilitate an exchange to fulfil the originally purchased order; A restocking fee will not be applied and The Sneakerbox, LLC will maintain the customer's shipping cost for this fulfillment.
