Where are you located?

Do you ship worldwide?

No - At this time, we only process and ship orders within the United States. Hopefully we are able to expand in the near future.  

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within two (2) business days after your place it.  When it has been boxed, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information.  

 

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation.  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

 

What happens if my package is returned to The Sneakerbox, LLC?

If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee, and a 30% restocking fee. This includes if you refuse the delivery or it cannot be delivered by the carrier. 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for additional information. 

 

Are all the items you sell authentic?

The Sneakerbox, LLC sells only 100% authentic and genuine products.  We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

 

Does The Sneakerbox, LLC buy, consign, or trade shoes?

Cash outs are provided with cash, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle. All cash outs are FINAL.

Consignment rate is based at 20% after sale. There is a withdrawal fee for any consignment item that is returned before the two week period. Consignment is only approved in-store ONLY.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Tennessee residents have to pay 9.75% sales tax. If you aren't a TN resident and purchasing online from outside of Tennessee, you are not subject to sales tax. You must pay the list price for the item, plus shipping.
